To turn your pre-loved clothing into keepsakes, please send us the items you wish to use. Once we receive them, we’ll work our magic to transform them into something new. We typically won’t need the entire piece of clothing, so we can return any remaining material to you with your final product. We’ll provide the shipping address for your pre-loved items after your invoice has been paid.

Please note that while we will assist with any issues that may arise during postage, we cannot be held responsible for items lost by postage. In the rare event that your items go missing, we will collaborate with the postal service to help locate them. If they remain untraceable, you may file a claim through postage insurance.
