What’s your turn around time?

Depending on what you’re after and our backlog, we can usually have your items shipped out within 3-4 business days of the invoice being paid.

For keepsake items, we will begin creating them once we have received your old clothes.

How much does each item cost?

Prices vary from item to item. Depending on what you’re after, once we’ve had a discussion on your requirements, we will send through an invoice.

What type of cushion materials can you create with?

Our favourite go to are velvets. If there is an alternative you’re after, let us know and we can source the right material for your items.

What size would I be best to order?

Available sizes will be displayed on the order form as you select your preference.

Do you accept returns?

As our items are custom, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. If an item is faulty please let us know on the day of receiving, and we will rectify the issue asap.

What do I need to do to order a keepsake?

You would need to send your items to us for us to recreate them for you. Once they’re ready we will send them back.
